Our farm is the perfect place to recuperate energy, relax and enjoy yourself.

The fact is that, as you enter the first door, you perceive a warm and welcoming energy and a part of stress remains outside;

Then we become attached and, more time you spend here, less is the desire to leave...

If you don't want to sleep all day, here you can do different activities:
-teaching farm for groups of minimum 6 people (see yhe page "The Teaching Farm");
-visit: of the gardens, where we practice various natural techniques; of the animal shelter and pastures, where it is easy to find our 12 Cabannine (breed endangered) cows; of the orchard, where there are many old varieties of fruit trees and hives of bees; of oak, hazel and chestnut trees woods, etc;

-esoteric and alternative library, with lots of interesting books (in Italian language) about personal growth, wellbeing and spirituality, alternative therapies, natural food,  autobiographies, etc. etc;

-relax and solarium with arcaded green areas immersed in the vineyard or sun terraces with deck chairs and tables;
-professional gym for fitness freaks who can not stay a day without attempting to own beauty, or for those who simply want to take advantage on retaining tonic what with food and relaxation tend to relax;

-corses of: kitchen, Thai Ferments production, organic gardening, green building, construction of thermocompost etc..;

-conferences about alternative medicine, permaculture...;
-mountain bike renting with equipped track in the woods for professionals;
-Path "Policrosalus", gym in the green, with numerous gymnastic stations along a dirt road to keep fit and breathe the balmy air of the pine forest;
-path network with breathtaking panoramic views of Mount San Nicolao and Cima Stronzi;
-refreshing in "Cava" river, with some natural pools where you can soak in hot summer days;
-in summer, free shuttle bus organized by the village of Carro (4 km from our farm) for the seaside village of Deiva Marina;
-in summer, "Paganini Festival" in Carro, birthplace of the family of the renowned violinist composer.
